Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

Custom pieces and made-to-order jewelry are non-refundable.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Phuket, Thailand.

Orders are carefully packaged and prepared within 1–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Thailand: 1–3 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days
